Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Canadian Insolvency Awards Ceremony website (awards.insolvencyinsider.ca) and related activities. By submitting an entry, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Canadian Insolvency Awards (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Award Submissions
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and truthful.
By submitting an entry, you grant Insolvency Insider the right to use the content for the purposes of judging, promoting the Awards, and announcing finalists and winners.
Insolvency Insider reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.
2. Tickets & Attendance
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual by notifying us in advance.
Insolvency Insider reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees who disrupt the Event.
3. Event Changes & Cancellations
While we make every effort to deliver the Event as planned, Insolvency Insider reserves the right to modify the program, venue, or schedule at its discretion.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
4. Limitation of Liability
Insolvency Insider is not liable for technical issues, submission errors, or interruptions beyond its control.
Insolvency Insider is not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers (including Wave, TicketTailor, and Google Forms).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insolvency Insider disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, and content associated with the Canadian Insolvency Awards are the property of Insolvency Insider or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute them without prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
